Based on an idea by Tom York. Take one tender frame(in this case a Bachman Mogul) add a loco cab (which I didnt have so I made a simple Body) add some Brass support rods , a roof of corrugated metal, some drums of oil and water and whatever else junk you might want to add = Caboot.

Toms original drawing depicted something a bit more "worn" than my version but even the rustmeister needs a change of pace, every once in awhile.
