I decided to add the option of taking a manager to court for two reasons. One I expect at some time there will be a dispute between managers about some kind of business deal and to avoid having to be judge and jury I thought it would be better to have a system in place before it is needed. My second reason for a legal system is my cynical view tort law in the US legal system which only seems to “work” if you have nothing or are VERY wealthy. For the 90% of us who in the middle the US system makes us fodder for legal extraction of any wealth we might have and it is just our numbers that protects us.

With my cynical view of how the tort system works it is not that hard to provide a legal system. As a past war gamer I have an old gladiatorial war game that I plan to use in place of the court for trail by combat. I will review the dispute and if I think one side has very clear merit I will offer to “fight” on their behalf. Like the real court you don't have to fight for yourself and a war gamer can be brought in fight for your side.
